Thanks for stopping in for a visit! Whether
you are merely here for great coffee, or if you are actually interested
in our story… welcome!
We started our company in pursuit of two major goals
- To create ultra-premium coffees at a great value
- To give back
For what could be better than great coffee that also comes with
the opportunity to support a great cause?
ABOUT OUR COFFEES
We have hand selected only the highest quality arábica beans
from the premier growing regions of the World. We then identified
the perfect combination of these beans and the ideal roast levels
to create a full bodied coffee, with light acidity and an extremely
smooth finish with no bitterness on the finish. By creating these
unique blends of beans, we have developed what we believe to be one
of the finest cups of coffee you will have the pleasure to drink.
Not only a pleasure to drink, but you have the satisfaction of knowing
that for each bag you buy, you are helping to improve the lives of
those who really need it the most.
GIVING BACK
Our cause is Autism. Having a daughter who was diagnosed at age 4,
this is a very personal cause for us and a social issue that we
want to make an impact on! When we started Javámo Coffees,
it was with the clear knowledge that we wanted to give back, to
make a difference in the lives of others who deal with autism on
a daily basis, both the children affected as well as those who
support them. As such, we have created the Javámo Art for
Autism Foundation, into which we place 10% of the proceeds from
all coffees sold. These funds are then earmarked to support the
autism community through various programs.
OUR COFFEE BAGS
By the way, one of our other objective is to have FUN and truly enjoy
what we’re doing every single day. Our coffee bags
represent a FUN and different packaging. Most of the artwork
on our coffee bags were created by Jules Burt, nationally recognized
artist best known for her artwork featured on the NBC hit series “Friends”. Through
our Art for Autism Foundation art contest,, you will also see future
coffee featuring artwork by children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD). |
